But as of May 12, Royal Decree Law 8/2019 modifies Article 34 of the Workers' Statute, and establishes the business obligation to guarantee the daily registration of all employees, including those hired by the day. complete, indicating the specific time of beginning and end of the day, and that should serve to control that they do not exceed the maximum working days required by the regulations and that, if applicable, overtime pay.
It is important to note that this obligation affects all companies that have employees, with no exceptions by sector, size of the workforce or other causes.
